In the summer of 1996 the dojo was opened in Strathroy. Since then it has undergone some name changes as well as major modern updates which have enhanced the programs provided.

Our mission has always been to teach the martial arts --mainly Okinawan Shogen Ryu Karate-do and  Marcus Soares Brazilian Jiu-jitsu-- and to help all ages develop and strengthen their "ABC's of life" (Attitude, Behavior, and Character).

Along with a regular class schedule The S.K.I.L. Dojo offers Seminars to help further understanding with instructors recognized on the World Stage.
